Beads and Constrast Fabric, which one is better for the neck line?

My second Thailand's influences dress is on the way. This time, I designed it in shorter length. Target customer is still the same, Women from 35 to 50. Elegant and simple style. The fabric that I used is Crepe Satin. The only thing I changed is the flap over the shoulder and maybe I will add beads to my design. I was kind of debate between contrast fabric and beads, but I'll go with beads since it makes the dress looks elegant and powerful. Tell me what do you think? or feel free to give comments, because it's a way of learning.
